After launching and selling three companies of my own and taking the helm of several beloved consumer brands (Violet Grey, Tropic of C and STATE Bags to name a few!), I know firsthand that founders don’t launch companies because they can create badass operating plans or financial models.
They launch companies because they are so passionate about bringing a certain product or service into the world that they can’t sleep at night. It is impossible to manufacture that magic, that grit that only a founder can possess. And yet, we also know that without the proper plans in place, companies can easily crash and burn before they celebrate their 5th birthdays.
In addition to her work at Midnight Snack, Jess is also the Founder of Easton Rae, a venture creation and growth studio in NYC, and the Founder & CEO of consumer brand, Cove, which creates innovative products for the hidden spaces in your home.
At Midnight Snack, she focuses on creating and executing meticulous business and growth plans for your brand so that you can focus on making magic.
