Our Role

Founder & CEO, Cassandra Grey, hired Easton Rae to restructure the company in preparation for an acquisition and Easton Rae Founder, Jessica Davidoff, assumed the role as Interim Chief Business Officer. Easton Rae created the growth roadmap, replaced the entire executive team, oversaw the incubation of a Violet Grey branded beauty line, and led all of the interactions with the corporate development team at Farfetch, who ultimately acquired Violet Grey.
